    Some doubts about the first place for Elvis.

      Well, you might be right, but more than a ranking, it's a list of the people I love to listen to. The King is in first place, not least because a lot of my favorites (the rockers from the sixties/seventies) say they started playing thanks to Elvis. So, thank you, Elvis. Of course, I’m talking about the Presley of the '50s. After his military service, with the Hawaiian films and then with Colonel Parker who reduced him to a Las Vegas gimmick, the soul of the boy who loved Blues was lost! Who knows how it would have turned out if he had found the courage to tell Parker to fuck off during the '68 Comeback Special. In that concert, he becomes a force of nature again: the swan song. In the end, no one sings Blue Moon and Heartbreak Hotel like Elvis!
