Hi, it's been a while since your last review. When can we expect a new one?

Hi @[Confaloni], I have a couple of "little ideas" but right now I don't have time to develop them. Finally, my wife has moved permanently to Brescia (or rather, until I stay here too; I think for about ten years and then comeback to Sicily!) and you can imagine what I'm busy with (setting up the kitchen, bathroom, attic ...). And thank you for the thought; people like you are truly a rarity! In my mind, I always picture you in a suit and tie and, at home, strictly in a dressing gown: a true gentleman. And that's for your always polite and respectful demeanor. Talk soon (at least I’ll try!)

Sometimes I wear blue jeans. Congratulations on your ranking of the 100 best in the rock area (I have a few doubts about Elvis being in first place, but he certainly deserves his place in the Olympus). Otherwise, good luck with your work!

I saw that you commented and I replied. But the jeans, with the crease? Ah ah ah! You're great!

But I'll give it to you straight and from the corner... pleasure!!

    • My pleasure. Just today I had lunch with tortellini in broth… what a coincidence sometimes!

      Attention ⚠️.....here cappelletti, tortellini banned!!
    • Beautiful Italy with its 1,000 local rivalries (999 of which are about food)! Anyway, I’ll stay out of the Emilia vs Romagna debate; mine were tortellini, but from Valeggio...

By the way, you forgot an "E." The phrase "... for us cappelletti, tortellini E bandits!!" takes on the correct meaning, highlighting the low level of honesty among Romagna restaurateurs and the coexistence (!) of capeleti and tortellini. Though they often bring you the bill armed and with a fishnet stocking over their face... but that's another story, valid only for Riccione, Milano Marittima, and certain areas of Cervia and Rimini.

That's not Romagna, at least for us from Ravenna.
