60 and some artists and there's no sign of Mike Oldfield........................... ...

Fortunately. She even plagiarized her most famous one.

Skeletron is just not one of my favorites, what can I do?

But are they in order? Because if they're not in exact order, then I can calmly say that it's a really great ranking, Oldfield or no Oldfield :)

Yes, great ranking. One more point for including the great John Fahey!

MrCharlie: weighs like a heavyweight a record like Unknown Pleasures that closes the decade with a bang

beautiful, exquisite tastes. the only minor flaw - but we're talking about trifles and trivialities - is that those overrated Led Zeppelin are a bit too high up.

Really beautiful. Some questionable positions, but damn I like it anyway.

For the '70s, it might be fair to make a ranking of the first half/second half or to divide it into Prog, Hard Rock, New Wave, Singer-Songwriters, Punk... but looking at this ranking as it is, I would say it highlights all the beauties and nuances of the decade, and it's definitely better.

You placed The Who among the best of the sixties (so you like them!), but not among the best of the seventies. Good grief, how can you like them when you overlook Who's Next and Quadrophenia, which are cornerstones of 70s music? I can't wrap my head around this fact; I think I won't sleep a wink tonight.

"Who's Next" and "Quadrophenia" are albums that I don't particularly love, unlike Tommy and their more general production from the '60s (Pictures of Lily, Substitute, I Can See for Miles...) which I adore.
