#birthday Andy Taylor (56) Duran Duran - Planet Earth

Genesis - Behind the Lines It's always nice to discover that after a thousand listens of kraut, post punk, industrial, you can still consider "Duchess" and this track as the best of the post "Wuthering" phase ("Abacab" has gone down a bit for me now.. "Dodo" I liked a lot, then it got boring).

Tears tears tears. Shouted emotions. One of the most beautiful songs in the hardcore scene in recent years. More Than Life - Scarlet Skyline (HD)

R.E.M. - Shaking Through (Chronic Town outtake) (audio)
@[Galensorg], @Pinhead, @De...marga... I listened ignorantly and with low personal expectations to these guys I had always "ignored"... it's a really nice album (the beginning with this "calm" sound was a bit difficult for the wild one) but then, in fact, the more you listen to it, the more you enjoy it... this one I really like a lot!
So I'll keep exploring...

the beach boys - i just wasn't made for these times When the line "Sometimes I feel very sad" comes, it breaks your heart.

The Doors "Wintertime Love"
"Jim Morrison & the Doors on the road" (24)
During this period of weak creative drive from Morrison, Krieger also felt the pressure. With Light My Fire and Love Me Two Times, Robby had shown he could write great songs, but he didn’t have the time to develop certain pieces as he would have liked. As Jim said, "Robby is a musician and tends to create more complex and elaborate pieces, while mine follow a more bluesy and essential line." The lyrics are, of course, easier and more innocent, lacking the darkness and irony of Jim. Musically, it’s a piece dominated by Manzarek with Morrison’s seductive (or sleepy) vocals; the guitar is barely noticeable. It’s one of the least "Doors" songs in the entire discography.

Neil Young & The Band-Helpless As much as I LOVE "Deja Vù", THIS one, with those geniuses of The Band, is EMOTIONAL. Cacchius.

The Pixies "temporarily" closed shop in '91 for over 20 years: however, the two roosters in the henhouse came out with two albums so stunning that there was barely time to complain. The Breeders - Last Splash; Frank Black - Teenager of the Year The Breeders - New Year Frank Black - Whatever Happened To Pong? #musicismyradar

Brian Patrick Carroll, also known as "Buckethead"
(Full Album) Buckethead - Colma
The album was recorded for Buckethead's mother as she was suffering from colon cancer, and he wanted to create an album she would enjoy listening to during her hospital stay.

The title of the album takes inspiration from the city of the same name located near San Francisco, California, where "the population of the dead exceeds that of the living by a thousand to one," because a large part of the city is designated for cemetery use with 17 cemeteries for humans and one for animals.
