Twenty years ago, Jeff Buckley passed away. Jeff Buckley - Grace Full Album

Cinderella - Shelter Me
So, these guys reminded me of the noble @[Aquarius27]. The first album, definitely and quite disgustingly bongioviano, I placed among the crap of that period... but then there was a clear rock-blues turning point with ballads even leaning towards country western, which resulted in two remarkable albums (maybe even the last one, but I don't know, I'm not sure).

The Colombian and the Puerto Rican.

PJ Harvey - You come through
Strictly in chronological order to discovering this girl, another half disappointment after the first 4 beautiful albums (actually the first three and fifth, the fourth skipped), after the previous one. A few good tracks in the first part... if the others are like this, I think I’ll stop @[hjhhjij] and @assurdino, I know you won’t agree, but tell me about the subsequent ones... same line?!

Eagles - 'In the City' (lyrics in description) ... when I stir the sugar in my coffee cup I do it producing an annoying and repetitive clinking with the spoon against the ceramic. Because it reminds me of the scene from "The Warriors" ... "warriiiors .... shall we play at war? plin plin warriors ... shall we play at war? plin plin ...". And in my head "in the city" starts playing while I hit the old man who's trying to take my spot at the bar.

U2 The Little Things That Give You Away (Jimmy Kimmel Performance) new track, wow, really great lyrics. The new album promises to be awesome like the last one.

MODA "destinati alla gioia"

Jeunesse d'Ivoire, Endless Nostalgia and then, among other cults that remained a little faded, the Diaframma of the great, rough Fiumani and the Moda of the refined, affable Chimenti. This was the Italian new wave of the '80s. In the track in question, a great romantic and apocalyptic ride, the only off-note is the title: unfortunately indebted, ante eventum, to certain obscenities of the megaphone of dissolution Jorge Maria Bergoglio. The rest, gentlemen, is legend.

And nothing, the other day these two dropped a total of FIVE new EPs (x 15 tracks)... that is, the first part of the second part (exactly, I’m not rambling) of their "Kill Your$elf Sagas", the first ten chapters of which were released in 2015. These 5 EPs, along with another 5 that will come out by the end of the year (in addition to their first, proper debut album), will complete the series. Same shit, another day. 💀

Sottofasciasemplice - Mercenario

The story of a Nazi-fascist mercenary --thus, incorrigibly romantic, tough but generous-- who is about to die and recalls his graceful existence, spent trying to bring civilization to African soil: "I loved a girl of Congolese race/but I lost her to dice/with Jimmy the Irishman."
