I'm lazy but sincere; perhaps it's too little to reciprocate shamelessly my DeAmore. The fact is it bothers me to waste time searching for what you write (Chemigarba) when I could comfortably receive luxurious notifications instead.
    See you later, Alligator.

Algyboy, sorry for using this little space, but I wanted to comment one last time down here where the most interesting thing is the piCipionic recipes, is that from today "that one" hates me, here’s the last comment: @[italianissimo] ah l'amour, l'amour toujours l'amour, XD!
As Jesus said, "love your neighbor as yourself," ehm, evidently you hate yourself... and you surely have your reasons.

Well, a warm greeting with lots of love to you and of course to Algyboy from Stanliuzzo, who will always care for you a lot, really a lot, bye bye 🙂 🙂 🙂

No, "you" was just fine. Let's keep our distance: who do you think you are?
    • I put dill in the Tzatziki, and it's better. Often I sauté the garlic before crushing it, so the flavor comes out more. Furthermore, I always have at least 4 different jars of mustard at home, and I also put dill in one of those.

In short, I like dill. A lot.

It seems good, last night I prepared 6 portions of tuna Livornese style for 4 (me and three ladies, I won't say more) ehm, it was to die for...
(I learned this one from the web too)

P.S. I devoured the fifth one today during my lunch break, heated in the microwave we keep in the office, I don’t know if I’ll find the sixth one waiting for me when I get home...
    • llawyer
      11 jun 20
@[Stanlio] Did you heat up a recipe made with tuna in the microwave? Are you out of your mind?
    • In fact, you only put it in the microwave if it's with sauce, and there has to be a bit more of it. Breaded à la Livornese, better cold or at room temperature.

Moreover, I wanted to highlight that with all this rain, my Sage on the Terrace has died.

      Requiem.
    • llawyer
      11 jun 20
I’m heartbroken over the sage...and I’m very worried about my chives.
    • Chives live better indoors; I have 3, and they're all super healthy. A bunch of Germans have them in their apartments, I've never seen them on a terrace. Sage, on the other hand, is a tricky one; it needs some sunlight. In fact, it’s a hassle to find a spot where it’s in the shade 70-80% of the time, and if it gets too much water, it rots. The ideal place is under lemon trees, which always have nice wide leaves that provide shade and block rain. The problem is having lemon trees on the terrace.

@[llawyer] there is nothing else in the agency, apart from a plate toaster that I got rid of for seven euros at the old Auchan seven years ago. Anyway, for your rule and regulation (yours and of pCp) the important thing is that the dish has the right degree of intrinsic humidity and once not abused with the timing it seems almost just cooked... (sigh!), my sage died two years ago in the backyard despite the shadow of a lemon tree that this year I don’t understand why has produced some sort of fruits with the scent of mandarins and a very bitter taste like oranges... who knows, and Chernobyl is far from Marghera (ehm, but the 3V Sigma is just a stone's throw away and this year in May it poisoned the air and water, damn it!) and nothing... not really, long live the microwave and whoever invented it!
    • llawyer
      11 jun 20
Marghera without factories would be healthier
a jungle of patches of tomatoes and marijuana!

PS: before my sage shows signs of problems, I'll make sure to batter it and fry it!
PS PS: sorry @[algol] for the undue use of your space for greetings...
    • Before the sage dies, chop it up with coarse salt. It lasts a lifetime, and since you always use salt when you use sage, it doesn't really change much for you.

I’m not apologizing; this way, the space is used better. Furthermore, I want to highlight that for gratin the pasta in the oven (any kind that has a ragù, but not only), it's excellent to use old bread chopped with sage. It creates a fragrant crust.

    • I said Mr. Mario.

Now I’ll say it to your father.
    • Anyway, I made the lentils from 2020 with zucchini, garlic, red onion, leek, chili, mustard, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

Yes, with mustard. And not just any mustard, but Bauz'ner mittelsharf. I would have added some sausage too, but I'm on a diet.
    • Stanlio
      11 jun 20
Well, no, you really want to wear us out, then—first "pasta, patate & cozze," then the baby octopuses in a stew with polenta, and now with lentils with mustard... just tell us you want us all passed out and let’s not talk about it anymore, for heaven's sake!
    • popcornshooter
      12 jun 20
What perplexes me about those lentils is the zucchini more than the mustard... In the end, lentils go with cotechino, and mustard on cotechino is simply divine (mustard is the death of the pig). But what leaves me even more perplexed is the information that you were on a diet at New Year's. Are you crazy?
    • PadreAmorth

      Amen
    • No, but when I say lentils from 2020, I mean the harvest, not "those for New Year's." I bought them a couple of days ago and cooked them last night. My consumption of dried legumes is very high, especially lentils that don't require soaking.
