Meanwhile, while messere @[fabriziozizzi] has begun his review of the 19 most unbearable songs by Lucio Dalla, I am starting another one that's similar, but scaling it down a bit:
The 10 ugliest and most unbearable songs by Uncle Antunello from Campobasso in ascending order, from the least bad to the peak of absolute horridness. Let's start with this Antonello Venditti - Unica (videoclip) first single taken from the album "Unica" from 2011.

Emily Remler ‎– Firefly (1981)

"I may seem like a nice girl from NY,
but inside I’m a big black guy
of 50 years
with an enormous thumb,
kind of like Wes Montgomery."

This is how Emily Remler defined herself; she was born a year before me and started playing guitar in '67, reaching very high levels in the jazz scene, so much so that a fellow great guitarist of the time called her the new "superstar" of the guitar.

After graduating from music college, she began performing in blues and jazz clubs in New Orleans.

Musically, she drew inspiration from John William Coltrane, Miles Dewey Davis III, and of course her beloved John Leslie "Wes" Montgomery, to whom she dedicated "East to Wes."

In '85, "Down Beat Jazz Magazine" awarded her the title of 'Guitarist Of The Year.'

She was also the guitarist for Astrud Gilberto.

She recorded 7 albums of jazz standards, hard bop, and fusion before we lost her in '90 at just thirty-two years old, during a tour in Australia due to a heart attack (possibly related to heroin abuse) and nothing.

A warm welcome to the group to @[noveccentrico]. Now you can connect Guillaume de Machaut to Sigur Ros but not Scott Walker to the dog Bagheera (or maybe you can, I don't know). Capisci a 'mmè :-) :-)

I read Disq - Konichiwa Internet

Number 2, "What a nose! I commend myself, well done Rossana. ((I’m reading... the best track)) of this work is a 7 for some, I would rate it even a bit higher... but given their standards, it’s almost an 8.

Eberhard Schoener / Octogon

Not only the minor pieces but also the side projects are the prerogative of the capiscione. Especially if he can boast of having the original copy - we're talking about vinyl, strictly. Also because these are often records that were never reissued on CD. 'Video-Magic,' in any case, is an album that would escape even the most obsessive completists of Sting and The Police. We’re in the summer of '78, 'Roxanne' has just debuted as a single, and 'Outlandos d'Amour' is about to be released. Andy Summers involves the Pungiglione in the new project of composer and conductor Eberhard Schoener, whom he met in Munich during his collaboration with Jon Lord. This is an ambitious hypothesis of "music for the TV of the future." Schoener certainly knows a thing or two about TV. And not only because he is responsible for some (electronic) themes of the police inspector Derrick. In Germany, he is an institution. The album (played by Schoener + The Police without Copeland, perhaps busy and replaced by a German session man) is so ambitious that it might be indigestible. And above all, it has nothing to do with the style of The Police. Endless synth patterns, vocal improvisations by Sting, an orchestra in a vaguely Alan Parsons style, atmospheres that are not easily decipherable. The solos by Andy, on the other hand, are indisputable. He didn’t just happen to pass through Soft Machine by chance. As for Schoener, I would also recommend his incursions into the field of Balinese gamelan. In particular, the album 'Bali-Agung' from 1976 - although I would decidedly advise against listening to it for those who have not digested 'Video-Magic.' Which I do not possess in the original copy but in the still valuable Italian reissue Energy/CGD. And I wanted to make that clear.

(at the beginning the voiceover tells about our @[MrDaveBoy73] "Stop Dave. Will you stop Dave? Stop Dave. I'm scared. I'm scared Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There's no doubt. I can feel it. I can feel it. I'm scared.") "Hold on hold on soldier
When you add it all up
The tears and the marrowbone
There's an ounce of gold
And an ounce of pride in each ledger
And the Germans killed the Jews
And the Jews killed the Arabs
And the Arabs killed the hostages
And that is the news
And is it any wonder
That the monkey's confused
He said Mama Mama

Subject: New Label Proposal

@[G]
@[sfascia carrozze]
@[lector]
@[odradek]
@[123asterisco]
@[snes]
@[IlConte]

...etc.

I propose the creation of a new listening group called NOVITA' or something like that. A group where only tracks that have just been released are posted, tracks of any kind.

What do you think? The idea is similar to the new releases label for reviews. So if you join this group, you know you'll only be listening to freshly released stuff.
