Unknown Passage

He wanted to make rock and roll since he was a child. He was already around as a teenager in the sixties with the Lollipop Shoppe, who even ended up on Nuggets, and after much wandering, he began a second life at 40 with his creation - la Luna Morta - alongside his partner and a dear friend. In his music, there’s everything: garage, punk, blues, hard rock, country, psychedelia, even a touch of singer-songwriter... all rigidly lo-fi... It’s said that even in his latest days he recorded with equipment that was already obsolete... Fred, one of those characters from the past, far from any mainstream, but to whom every rocker will always say “thank you”…

Doorsian-Velvetian atmospheres, and then… when even the most fried rockers give you a ballad - off the rails, savansadir - there’s no contest…

Vasco Rossi - T'immagini (Remastered)

Can you imagine if we all had peace of mind? If there were no good or bad people? No more oppression. Probably, some would never grow up. Fairy tales.

HOOP - official POOH tribute Band " la mia donna " live a San Mauro mare 2021

Now, don't be the usual fools and respect those who earn their bread in the dance halls. These are years of sacrifices because you can't afford Roadies, and in my time, even the 16-channel mixer weighed two hundred kilos.

I have never played in a Cover Band; I've managed to avoid it despite having had more than tempting offers, but I have the utmost respect for the Cloned Brothers who, in this case, have nothing to envy the former real ones.

However, I must say that the band's name is quite a summary execution!

bar italia - Horsey Girl Rider

And we’re already at two indie rock bands from the UK with the word "Italia" in their name that have released music in 2023 that I'm listening to obsessively.

I don’t think there are books about him, but on Google there are some stories - at least there were - including a really pleasant interview.
