[my favorite albums ever] #8 Fugazi - End Hits (1998) [Full LP]

AND YOU SUDDENLY ASKED ME SOFTLY WHAT YOU WOULD DO IF YOU WERE EXPECTING A CHILD, AND A DIMPLE PLAYED ON YOUR FACE. SO, WITH TWO PIECES OF BENT WIRE, WE EXCHANGED RINGS AND PLAYFULLY GOT MARRIED, BUT UNDER YOUR SHEER SWEATER I REALIZED YOU WEREN'T WEARING ANYTHING, AND WE GENTLY ENDED UP ON THE GROUND.

Great song, maybe my favorite by Michelino R.E.M. - World Leader Pretend [Album Version]

JOE YAMANAKA & THE WAILERS - Reggae Vibration ( Full Album ) 1984
someone here mentioned Deb and ジョー山中 if I'm not mistaken about the pronunciation...

I finally listened to the first self-titled album by the Sweet Inspirations, which also features the legendary "Knock On Wood" THE SWEET INSPIRATIONS ~ KNOCK ON WOOD and Franklinian gems like "Don't Let me Loose This Dream" and "Do Right Woman... Do Right Man," on which they had just contributed that same year (1967; they also contributed to Van Morrison's debut, a beautiful album that nobody pays attention to because then there's "Astral Weeks," which is one of the most beautiful albums of all time). In short, they're awesome.

Pink Floyd - Sysyphus the industrial and collage of Pink Floyd... aside from the similarity of the piano section at the 1-minute mark with that of "Metamorfosi" by Banco.

Ok, while listening to the album below, I reached minute 22:38 and a light bulb went off in my head—why not dedicate this beautiful track to #Zvezdoliki? Since the reason didn’t come to me, I’ll express it affectionately, hoping to do something good and useful... Il Massacro di Brandeburgo Numero Tre in Sol Maggiore (Area)

Life Records #6 Area - (1976) Maledetti (maudits) [Full Album] This will forever be my favorite album by Area because, in addition to being an actual masterpiece, it's also the first one I ever listened to and it's the album that opened my eyes to how much great music had actually been produced in Italy as well. Then came Orme, Banco, singer-songwriters... But they remain number one, with this album at the forefront.

'Cause the fire in the street
Ain't like the fire in the heart
And in the eyes of all these people
Don't you know that this could start
On any street in any town
In any state if any clown
Decides that now's the time to fight
For some ideal he thinks is right
And if a million more agree
There ain't no Great Society

Brutal and energetic, just like the whole album. 1971.
third world war - ascension day

Simon & Garfunkel - For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her.wmv
Of course, following De Andrè with S & G is tough, but that's how it is (who knows, maybe He liked them too)...

Life Discs #5 CREUZA DE MÄ - Fabrizio De Andrè I couldn't find the full album, but I think it’s clear enough, and I'd say I've mentioned my favorite De André enough times to reiterate that it’s here (and why), accompanied by a colossal Pagani. An eternal, immense record.

Public Image Ltd.- The Suit what Capovilla felt as a child
