The Neon Demon Full OST (Original)
Journey into the vortex of MDR

He had to wait forty years to receive a recognition: a Pulitzer, but he donated the prize money to that young man who had brought his work to attention: Lou Harrison. Ives, with his job as an insurance agent, had earned enough for a decent burial. What one can glean from listening to Ives, the insurance agent Charles Ives, is that it is not so much about solving, but about resolving.

Well, very free arrangements by Bley, on folk songs, one piece by Ornette and two by Haden, all performed by out-of-the-box jazz musicians, I would say that's enough...
Charlie Haden - Liberation Music Orchestra (FULL ALBUM)

Snakefinger - The Man in the Dark Sedan Same old trick. A prophetic title comes true and the person dies shortly after (in his case, the piece in question is "There's no justice in life"). A genius gone too soon, not even 40 years old, leaving behind at least an immense post-punk / funky / pseudo-Residents style album.

After the Heat - Eno & Cluster - Foreign Affairs - 1978 The two albums with Cluster do not convey the emotions of Eno's records; they are quite rooted in the "composition - exercise - experimentation" framework, risking to remain cold sounds, but perhaps that's where the beauty lies ;) this and "Belldog" are the peaks, while the other album doesn't excite me much.

Depeche Mode - Where's the Revolution I would like some opinions and I'm happy to share mine without being asked. At first, I had a strong feeling of it being a load of nonsense and annoyance that it seemed like the song relied heavily on Depeche Mode's voice. Then I listened again and reflected on the direction taken by Sounds of the Universe (whether it’s debatable or not). Assuming they have a direction, given songs like "Soothe My Soul," it makes me doubt. And Gahan's work with the Soulsavers has developed his voice differently anyway. I’m confused 😖

Queen Of The Highway
"Jim Morrison & the Doors on the road" (48)
"I hope it can last a little longer" ... is the last line from Jim in the most intimate song dedicated to Pamela (or rather to both of them, as a couple). She is a princess, he is a monster dressed in leather. But they are just a boy and a girl from America. Husband and wife, Jim says (in reality, the two were never officially married). In the will from February '69 (because why would someone like Morrison write a will at 25... who knows) Jim named Pam as the universal heir. The desire to have children that the singer evokes shows just how, despite the turbulence, the couple was in tune. A tremendous love, above every obstacle. Unfortunately, Paris turned out to be fatal, and it was supposed to be their life. I love this song.
