Depeche Mode - Where's the Revolution I would like some opinions and I'm happy to share mine without being asked. At first, I had a strong feeling of it being a load of nonsense and annoyance that it seemed like the song relied heavily on Depeche Mode's voice. Then I listened again and reflected on the direction taken by Sounds of the Universe (whether it’s debatable or not). Assuming they have a direction, given songs like "Soothe My Soul," it makes me doubt. And Gahan's work with the Soulsavers has developed his voice differently anyway. I’m confused 😖
