Il secondo tragico Fantozzi - Casinò - "Menagramo d'un menagramo"

What could I have been... 12, 13 years old…
My father had beaten me that evening.
He must have hit me about 3-4 times; I must have really messed up, who remembers.
When my father hit me, it hurt.
So, I was lying on the couch suffering and atoning, teary-eyed and sore.
On TV, they were showing FANTOZZI, I had never seen it.
I was grounded, watching the movie at home, and the atmosphere was heavy... but little by little, as I was watching the film, I started to laugh.
Slowly, the tears dried up, the physical pain became bearable, I felt like laughing, I wanted to laugh but I couldn't.
I was holding it in, trying, but I felt the laughter pushing strongly from within, I was shaking silently.
It’s known that when you’re a kid and you need to laugh, you can’t hold it in; it’s worse than needing to pee.
At a certain point, I burst out… when he’s at the casino and drinking, drinking, drinking the sparkling water, getting more and more inflated, and at one point he starts flying over the gaming tables.
I burst out laughing, I don't care, leave me alone dad, do what you want, I’m just laughing, everything has passed.
They say that now that he’s up there, he’s even charming to the Almighty, who asked him… oh man… where do you want to go? Hell, paradise, or purgatory?
But he answered him... YOU DECIDE!

After the Heat - Eno & Cluster - Foreign Affairs - 1978 What do you think, are the two works by Eno and Cluster worthy of their name or are they just simple watercolors similar to outtakes? Scaruffi gives them a 5 and a 6 as ratings. After years of listening, I believe they are excellent works. Aside from the beautiful "Ho Renomo" from the first album, where Czukay also had a hand, perhaps the more captivating is "After the Heat," where Eno's influence is more pronounced, managing to even anticipate a bit of what would come in "My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts" and the Crimson of "Discipline." This is a great example.
