Cherry, the latest film with the guy from Spiderman, is really well done. Very, very much. Still with Spiderman, the one set in the early 1900s with the Twilight Vampire is also good.

Spiderman is seriously strong; I don't know how much the makeup artists were involved, but he's one of the most believable addicts I've seen.

The 6-episode HBO series about the journalist trying (and succeeding) to figure out who Q from QAnon is... It’s excellent.

It’s a documentary, but it’s done incredibly well.

A must-see, it’s extremely important and it’s only just the beginning, so I repeat: you have to see it, it’s a must.

I resurface from the goose neck of the toilet to say that I’m seriously thinking about not renewing Netflix. It's been months since I’ve watched anything on it, except for cartoons for my kids and some scraps. Every now and then, I get notifications from the app: "56 new series for you in December." I’d settle for just 5 decent ones. I don’t know, it all seems like a pretty decent mess to me. Latest views: Peaky Blinders (seems quite nice, but I don't have the time), Sons of Anarchy (raw, but for turning off the brain it shouldn’t be too bad). Two recommendations for comic fans: on Netflix, you’ll find Batman Ninja (a thoroughly surreal thing that I still haven’t figured out who thought of it, so deliberately gaudy, kitsch, and over the top that – especially for those from the giant robot generation – it ends up being fun. I honestly wonder how they managed to find a producer, but I’d say that’s not my business). Lock & Key: I just started watching the series on Netflix and I have to say it didn’t blow me away. Instead, I recommend the comic: it’s only 5 paperback volumes (should be about 10-15 euros each) and it’s written by Joe Hill (Stephen King's most talented son). Best horror story I’ve read in a long time. I didn’t know him (despite winning all the awards in the world), I devoured it in a flash and I highly recommend it #geenoomerda.

I've seen a lot of crap, and I've always quit halfway or even earlier. I really enjoyed only Mindhunter, but unfortunately, they canceled it. I liked Watchmen, but not that much. The only ridiculous show that I will continue watching is The Mandalorian. Yeah, okay, it's ridiculous, but I don't know, it's still watchable.

For me, lockdown isn't an option because there aren't any decent shows. Anyway, a few months ago out of desperation, I restarted Mr. Robot from halfway through the second season. The big problem is the second season, which apart from the last 2/3 episodes is really terrible. Then it picks up a lot during the third season and the fourth is excellent, although I didn't like the double finale.

In my opinion, the problem isn't that Stephen King continues to write or that anyone still reads him (it's King), the problem is who thinks of turning it into a TV series, like The Outsider. Anyway, feel free to drop Romanzo criminale and Watchmen. Rewatching the first 4 seasons of The West Wing in the original language, although Ozark is tempting me. Should I give in? Season 5 of Better Call Saul is beautiful. Let's close with the trash corner: the pilots of The Witcher (hahaha), The Morning Show, and Hunters.

It’s not exactly a raging bombshell; it’s more like the first two seasons of Gomorra (because after that, it’s garbage), but since the characters are much smaller and more “local,” the ridiculousness is proportional and thus less annoying.
