I Love Wastin' Time with You

#whodarescallusnothing

An almost impossible attempt at a semi-serious journey through the discography and the countless collaborations of Steve Gadd, in almost chronological order.

Discanto (Live Vol. 2 Version)

What do they want from us?
That we breathe through our noses?
That every random pain of ours must be vivisected like a dog, a mouse, a monkey?
That luck is hanging from the sky?
Only to end up smiling again?

Ah: don’t listen to me.
Such a beautiful night with beautiful women that only I can find something wrong: it’s in my nihilistic nature, but just for fun.

Raven - Wiped Out
At 16, I got an ear infection from listening to this amazing trio.

Grace Cummings - Up In Flames (Official Live Video)

Mama Rosin - Story of love and hate

That three Swiss guys, Swiss!!!, with the devilish support of Jon Spencer and his adventure buddy Matt Verta Rey, would offer us the ragged tradition of a mix of blues, zydeco, cajun, rockabilly among old jungle orchestras, exotic rural atmospheres… all with a garage, punk, roots spirit that couldn't be more authentic…

Mama Rosin - Black Samedi

Mama Rosin - Seco e Molhado

That three Swiss guys, Swiss!!!, with the devilish support of Jon Spencer and his partner in crime Matt Verta Ray, would present us the ragtag tradition of a mix between blues, zydeco, Cajun, rockabilly, with old jungle orchestras, exotic and rural atmospheres... all with the garage, punk, roots spirit to the max...

Badger - Wheel of Fortune (Live)
Sailing through the sea of "underrated bands," Badger, featuring Tony Kaye who boasts of being the first keyboardist of Yes, is certainly a nice surprise. Their 1973 debut includes the ubiquitous David Foster in the lineup and is a concentrated dose of excellent Hard/Prog, while the second album, White Lady, succumbs to the charms of vintage Soft Rock. Even today, beautiful things!
