Don't be stupidly philological. Forgive me. Today someone asked me: are you a '77 guy? I reply that I can't be anything else for age-related reasons. All I remember about '68 is that it’s the year I lost my first tooth. But I digress, as always. I know I love these little fools. I don’t know who they are. They don’t know what they’re singing. It’s not their fault. Maybe, in '77 - if they were around - they were losing their first tooth. Maybe not even that. Maybe they met someone like me. Who is at the age that they could be my students. And when I see them, I think about how silly they are. And how lucky I am. I would want to play something else, but I don't know if I can. So I’ll give it a try. And if I don't succeed, blame G.
