The Pretenders - Precious Honeyman Scott and Pete Farndon are two more broken geniuses brought down by cocaine. They really rocked!

#FilmMusic °°°°°° Peter Gabriel -Passion: Music for The Last Temptation of Christ- 1989
I'll start by saying that I haven't seen the film, but listening to the music detached from the images, I've always had the impression that they were out of context. Modern for the curtain, I would venture to say Hollywoodian, they exist on a temporal level far removed from the historical period. I also want to mention that I’m not a big fan of Gabriel, but I don't feel that this music is a unified whole with the story; perhaps seeing and listening to the film would change my judgment.

Colosseum - The Valentyne Suite - Live Cologne 1994(Full Song) well... a heartfelt tribute to Jack Bruce...

DALTON - riflessioni: idea d'infinito (1973) FULL ALBUM good prog album...avoid the second one like the plague...

Funky Stuff - Lizzy Mercier Descloux Happy Saturday night with the most beautiful piece from this Goddess! (Along with the stunning "Fire," a cover of Arthur Brown). Funkah!

#OUTOFCLOCK °°°°°° Alice Coltrane - Reflection on Creation and Space (A Five Year View) LP 1973 [FULL ALBUM]
An artist that I’m starting to explore and I must say with great satisfaction. For now, this album is archived for future exploration.

The Style Council - A Solid Bond In Your Heart

Magma - Hhaï (Version Intégrale) [HQ Audio] Retrospektïw III, 1981 a stunning piece by Magma... from the superb live...

Common People - Pulp

#britpop 93-97
5/40
For me, without a doubt, the best britpop album, with Jarvis Cocker in a state of grace, an invitation to all nerds to rebel, full of irony and sarcasm towards the bored middle-upper class English, and the usual themes of Love-Sex. A manifesto album.

Live Forever - Oasis (Remastered) (HQ) (FLAC)

#britpop 93-97
6/40
For some specialized UK sites, the best Rock album of all time; I really don’t think so, and not even for Britpop (they’re partly to blame for being so hated), but if an album can save the Creation label from bankruptcy (a bit of blame goes to MBV) and brings British Rock back into the limelight, it deserves all my respect. Liam Gallagher, one of the most imitated singers since '94.

Genesis - Twilight Alehouse (B-Side to " I Know What I Like") Beautiful, after listening to In Too Deep you go to get your ears done.

Essential Logic "Wake Up" The original versions of this and "Quality Crayon Wax Ok" are vastly superior to the re-recorded versions on the debut "Beat Rhythm News." Here you have walls of sound, saxophone twists from Lora Logic, raucous voices from riot girls, and other wonders.

Blondie - Hanging On The Telephone (Remastered) Their songs are very well-known, but this one, aside from being just as famous, has always been my favorite (let's remember that it's a cover of the Nerves). A perfect example of when the combination of great sounds and a sublime voice makes simplicity magnificent.

Amy Winehouse Paul Weller dont go to strangers Jools Holland
"the fabulous world of...Paul"-7-
strange couple Paul&Amy?....not really!

#TheNew °°°°°°° Bag of Holding
A beautiful reinterpretation of indie folk stylistics with hypnotic glimpses towards evocative landscapes, not new but seen from a different perspective. Interesting.
