This piece also comes from the honorable album "Sticky Fingers" from '71 and was written and released earlier in '69 originally as a single by the Baroness von Sacher-Masoch, better known to most as Marianne Faithfull. The track was then censored in Spain and replaced with "Let It Rock"... (curious news taken from wiki)
One last tidbit, on the "slide guitar" we also find the then twenty-four-year-old Ryland Peter "Ry" Cooder and that's it...

The track "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" originally lasts 434 seconds, making it the longest on the beautiful "Sticky Fingers," and begins with a characteristic open-tuning guitar riff by Keith Richards (who co-wrote it with Mick Jagger). Martin Scorsese included it in the OST of "Casino" along with other Rolling Stones tracks and nothing... actually, no, let me add the iconic lineup from that era:
