7. Camera a sud
As I mentioned yesterday, Vinicio's sound would evolve further after the sparkling ideas of Modì. It happened with this Camera a sud, where the musical ideas reach astonishing levels. Majestic flashes of genius grip some tracks on the CD, music and lyrics go hand in hand, captivating the listener. Some episodes already hint at a tremendous evolution, such as the rustic dance of Zampanò, the funk-jazz of Il fantasma delle tre, the portrait of Hamburg, or the breezy tropical feel of the title track. Scattered throughout the playlist are also the usual dreamy and wonderful ballads like Non è l'amore che va via and Tornando a casa. Additionally, there is within it the first real hit from the good Vinicione, and I don’t need to tell you which one it is; just two words are enough: Italia-Marocco.
It’s incredible how the guy who was a piano bar singer just three years prior, singing about being tired and lost, is now a musical enchantress, crafting light and refined pieces with extreme attention and passion. And the best part is that it will only get better in the future!

Two friends are driving on the highway well over the speed limit when, due to their speed, they get into a serious accident. They are taken to the hospital where they remain in prognosis for a few days. When one of them is able to get out of bed, he goes to visit his friend, whose legs have been amputated, but he is still unaware of the situation. But how do I jump from the garage to folk?
In my opinion, they are one of the best underground folk bands in England; the first two albums are available on a single CD, a wonder in my view. I believe they have released new material, but in these cases, the magic often fades, and without the magic that touches us, so much is lost.
