Dream Book - Jim Holland (2000)

The artist Jim Holland lives and works in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The painting is a small oil on canvas, geometric and very simple. A closed window overlooking the ocean, a bed struck by rays of sunlight filtering through the window, an open book, and an alarm clock on the nightstand showing four o'clock. The book seems to have been placed there by someone who clearly was not reading while lying on the bed, as it shows no crease. There’s a slightly perceived surreal sense dictated by two factors: the open book, almost out of place with respect to the scene, and the presence of the clock marking time, almost conjuring the dimension of the real in contrast to this "dream book." But what do you think of them? Hard AOR prog Canadian with vocal lines that have nothing to envy from Geddy Lee's. And then they have some tracks where even the drummer sings with an incredible voice.

The Cure - Lullaby (HQ) What can you say about a band that manages to make a single and an album like this commercially successful? I can only tell you that in the pantheon of my Gods, they stand behind only the Zeppelins.

Cherry, the latest film with the guy from Spiderman, is really well done. Very, very much. Still with Spiderman, the one set in the early 1900s with the Twilight Vampire is also good.
Spiderman is seriously strong; I don't know how much the makeup artists were involved, but he's one of the most believable addicts I've seen.

Marta sui tubi - Volè

I apologize for the duplicate.

This is a fully Italian combo.

Marta sui tubi - The truth about tennis

I was a tennis player
And the playing field was always wet
I looked at that piece of crap face buried in the mud
And those always white shoes
Her smile carved tracks in my territory
But brief would be my agonies already projected into the locker room
..black in the face, in my piece of crap face!
Oh! But is the ball good?
Is it good? Oh, fuck off!
You didn’t even have the money to buy your own balls
Did you expect a bit of leniency since...
That for the whole match you did nothing
But sink your best forehands…
On my backhand, on my shaky backhand...
Aah, Huu, Heer!
The ball is good, what the hell do you want?
You great piece of shit!
If it weren’t for that constant fixing of your hair
It would have been a nice match
If it weren’t for that constant fixing of your hair
It would have been a nice match
