Genesis - In the Cage God Save The Lamb ...

Genesis - The Lamia It was coming out tomorrow, but I've already listened to it a couple of hundred times, how is that even possible?

The Last Drive - Gone Gone Gone

Definitely inspired by a listening session of @[imasoulman] during his decent eighties or one of the thousand plays of Buzz @[vibration], I picked up the first tracks from this band. Truly good, a bit of everything from easy garage to one ueiv but heavily leaning towards Rock, savansadir.

My Love For You

The Dirtbombs - My Love for You (2003)

I said that after a delightful trip out we would return to the creature maxima (alongside the Gories). The most interesting, varied, and enduring. So, returning to the encyclopedic double album, the first side (already listened to) was made up of original material, while the second featured majestic covers this time of every kind: the beloved usual Black, tributes to friends and contemporary brainless colleagues, pop, and various knick-knacks in the manner of Michelino.

Friends and Garage aficionados, psychedelics, psycho(labile), angry and disdainful, dedicated to onanism and any praiseworthy vice that might satisfy our Noble primordial instincts… let us gather around this NeGro and do ourselves some good…

The Barbarians - What The New Breed Say 1965 ((Stereo))

Fundamental Albums: “THE BARBARIANS” b

That said, I don't agree with the Reverend. In my opinion, it’s not a fundamental album, even if it has a few remarkable tracks, but above all a Rock’n’Roll history that deserves… I’ll tell it in some episodes - and thanks here, Rev -

Little story… continues… Episode 2: “At that point, someone more skilled than the others, or just luckier, pulls out Nuggets. And here comes the name Moulty: it’s the title of a song by the Barbarians, which the liner notes recall participated in the T.A.M.I. Show of 1964 alongside none other than James Brown, Chuck Berry, Beach Boys, Rolling Stones, and Supremes, and the record tells of the misfortunes of their drummer, who seven years earlier had a bomb that wanted to shake his hand a little too hard”…

To be continued…

Thank Rev (53)
