Gianni Morandi Gianni cinque

A review of Morandi is fine, but to confuse the Rolling Stones with the Beach Boys (??!!!) you really have to make an effort. I don't know the record, but from reading your review, it seems that the only song you mentioned that is actually on this album is "Fumo Negli Occhi," and the others you've cited are from different albums.
Did Morandi also do a version of "Pregherò"? (This is possible; I don't rule it out.)
"Se perdo te," a cover of "Solitary Man," is "gloomy rock"?(!!!!!) You're joking, right?

I had it, and some of my schoolmates wanted to gift it to me for my birthday about ten or eleven years ago, a birthday I wanted to celebrate in a house in the countryside. Having heard them talk often about A(c)qua before the gift opening, I expected this album.
It happened, C.V.D. (Come Volevasi Dimostrare).
The funny thing is that I wasn't the one who unwrapped this gift. We had gone out for lunch at a restaurant, and upon our return, we found the window smashed and my gift unwrapped (A thief was evidently hoping there would be something valuable inside... it didn't matter anyway, because he left it where it was)!
I told my friends that unfortunately, I already had "Aquarium" and gave it to a classmate who wanted it so much. So many memories!

Even giving this album a 3 could be considered "actually half blasphemy," on the other hand, judgments are strictly personal and everyone has the right to express their opinion, so I won't stick my nose in.
I also prefer "Lucio Dalla" and "Come È Profondo Il Mare" to this album, but it deserves a 4.5.
"Notte" and "...E Non Andar Più Via" don't seem like fillers to me (especially since they are among my favorite songs...)

The votes...easy to forget about on Debaser.

I also made the same mistake as the de-reviewer. The CD must be somewhere in the house, but I have no intention of listening to it again. "La Vasca" and "Una su un milione" were nice, but I remember one that went, "Buttalo, buttalo giù quel quadro, buttalo che faccio la guerra" (the rest I’ve completely erased). Horrible! The lyrics are shockingly banal: some verses could surely have been written better by a 5-year-old. You could have written more on the album. It’s true that Britti plays the guitar very well; he’d be better off just sticking to playing it. A wasted talent.

Just to give it 3.5

For primiballi: although I know the true Dalla (from "Terra di Gaibola" (1970) and "Storie di casa mia" (1971) to "Dalla" (1980), passing through the Roversi trilogy, I am under 25. I returned from the mountains listening to "Lucio Dalla" (1978).
Regarding the review being excessively generational, I agree: that's why I prudently lowered the rating (so to speak) to 3 stars (for me it would be a 3.5). That the review was "cold", Uxo, I had already noticed while I was writing it. The first version, which I unfortunately deleted without the possibility of recovering it, was more inspired.

"The car with license plate To," "Gripping," and "The Coyote" are beautiful songs, and the rest is no less! Excellent review.
