Extraordinary. The Stones' Rock'n'Roll and the grimiest, most primordial Blues immersed in a sea of Noise, distortions, cacophonies, vulgarity, provocations, blind fury. Right Now! remains up there, their manifesto, the most extreme, in my opinion one of the greatest albums of the '80s. Everything else is still on another level. At the time, Spencer seemed more animal than man, and together with Cafritz, Hagerty (R.Trux, does that say anything to you?) and Bob Bert (former Sonic Youth) formed a fabulous group.
