Bobo Merenda

I'm re-listening to all of Jannacci's work. Maybe I'll write about it too. Who knows.

The Only Ones - Another Girl, Another Planet (Video)
EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, IT'S GOOD TO REFRESH THE MEMORY

L'Rain - Pet Rock (Official Video)
disco discovered in the past few days, their pop rock balancing on uneven balances is worth at least a listen.

The Deadly Snakes - Sweet Sixteen

The Deadly Snakes - Love Undone (Full Album)

During a remarkable period of “welcome back pippe” - I admit I was no longer feeling it - I listened to, (re)discovered garage bands with soul and blood, featuring, as per usual, the most diverse influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock 'n' roll from true beasts to the wild scream of “fuck your virtuosic and speedy bullshit scales and your fucking 4-octave vocal range”. Since 1990, with a few resurgences of old geezers, savansadir.

#garagedintorni (60)

At the beginning of the millennium, one of my favorite bands. Four solid albums ranging from garage to soul. The debut became a classic of the genre. A couple of (s)ballads, unfortunately I can’t find the single “some awful thing.” With this Northern atmosphere, @[Valentyna] should enjoy it, at least sometimes.

Fairport Convention - A Sailor's Life

Dear old folk of Albion (4)

The Lung

a cover that obsess me…

Big Star-September Gurls
We are past the middle of September and no one has posted it yet!
And this is one of the most beautiful covers of all time. The album as well. Even the september gurls.

Patrick Cowley - Get A Little the Future was in the 80s, and it always will be. Great PATRICK COWLEY, a true shame that at the time there was no cure for AIDS, he left us at just 32 years old with only 2 LPs of Electronic DiscoHINRG.

Thee Fourgiven - smile no more

Don't Be Afraid (To Be Young)

In a remarkable period of "welcome back pipes" - I admit I was off it for a while - I listened to, (re)discovered garage bands with soul and blood that, as a rule, have the most varied influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the very essence of rock 'n' roll from real beasts to the wild scream of "fuck your virtuosic and super fast scales and your four octaves of bullshit vocal range." Since 1990, with some comebacks from old relics, savansadir.

#garagedintorni (59/1)

What a great band. First two albums MUST-HAVE…
Today with THEM…

J.J. Cale *Lawdy Mama*
what a nice hat, and it looks so good on him! As for the rest... well, he's one of the greats, that's it.

Monkey Trick

The Jesus Lizard

Wise Guys (2024 film) - Wikipedia

Bobby D-Niro plus Nicky P-guy, Franky C plus Vito G on a double-barrel-DeNiro: fogget'about'it paizan.

Cinnamon Babe - "Rock 'N' Roll Is Black" [Official Music Video]

A huge piece... but above all huge pieces... in 2023 UNBELIEVABLE

Iron Maiden - Purgatory (2015 Remaster)
In the first 2 there are totally "underrated" tracks that deserved to be played for the decades to come 😉

Roberto Benigni L' Inno Del Corpo Sciolto live '83

We had always awaited it, and it appeared suddenly:
The anthem of the unbound body.

AC/DC- Rocker [Live in Colchester, England, Oct. 28, 1978] (Pro Shot)

He left after Thee Fourgiven... BUT HOW MUCH DO I LOVE BON???!!! HOW MUCH FUN WE WOULD HAVE HAD??!! The ACDC, in their own way, are so garage, the emblem of rock 'n' roll from a small town to the stadium...
