Cold Case End - Look Again - S1E01

In short, my dealer, as partial compensation for the debts I covered for him, brings me a little herb that just by looking at it makes you want to wag your tail: beautiful little buds all sparkling with tiaccacì!
Of course, everyone knows that afterward you have a craving for something sweet, and in my case, there’s nothing more horrifically delicious than fried bananas with peanut butter.
Then I remembered this TV show: she is terribly pale, almost anemic, but she has a remarkable range of expressions.
But the final scene of each episode – always set in the past – is something that makes me cry every time.
A sort of music video where the victim overlaps with the killers, who are shown with ineffable mastery in their various temporal versions.
Until they confuse, overlap, and then fade into nothingness.

All with the songs of the time in question.

You’ll love it, believe me: I know what I’m talking about!

When I Arrive

For the past 30 years, German garages have been haunted by these Noble Faces of Ass. Authentic sixties fetishes, capable of assembling S.O.T.N., Standells, Sonics, Byrds, Kinks, and whoever else you can think of. A dozen albums, I presume all of high quality (I have half of them), and about fifteen EPs. The guitar is deadly, the voice "perfect." They aren't exactly famous, and although they deserve a list just for themselves, here they are. New Unclaimed, Fuzztones, Cynics… let's talk about THE SATELLITERS!

Another deadly double act... but these guys present you with about twenty such pairs...

la viola d'inverno - roberto vecchioni
Let's resign ourselves, sooner or later it will happen to us, so... let's touch ourselves!

It will come that I’m smoking
Or that I’m watering the flowers
Or that I just told you:
"I’m going down, taking the dog out"
That I’ll have a half slice of cake in my mouth
Or the saliva from a kiss just given
It will come, it will come so quickly
That I won’t even be excited
It will come while I’m sleeping or dreaming, or peeing
Or while I’m driving
I’ll hear it very clearly
Playing while I swerve
And I won’t be able to confuse it with anything
Because it has a damn eternal sound
And then you hear that one time only
The viola d'inverno
The nice thing is that you’re never prepared
Because it always happens to others
Living, after all, is so taken for granted
That you never imagine it’s enough
And a conversation always gets left behind
And a remorse always gets left behind
And I won’t be able to talk to you, wink at you
I won’t be able to give you signs
All this is forbidden
By inscrutable designs
And you’ll wonder what it all means
All that sudden being around you
Because you won’t be able to, you won’t be able to hear
My viola d'inverno
And then I’ll think
That nothing made sense
Except for having loved you
Loved you in such a short time
And that the world isn’t worth your smile
And no song is greater than your day
And let the rest hold on, me included
The viola d'inverno
And after having shared everything
The anger, the children, the mess and the flight
This is really the only thing
That I have to do alone
And after having shared everything
I won’t even warn you that I’m leaving
But don’t tell me this time too
That I always do as I please
Keep it tight, my head.
