One should be cautious of all that cheap music that desperately tries to make you cry by striking low with easy and cunning theatrical tricks or contrived devices designed specifically to be tear-jerkers; all of this has nothing to do with Music itself, but rather is a muddle where the Music is no longer on the pedestal, but the Story, the Plot, or the Lyrics. Music, if it is "true" Music, should never stoop to provoke loud weeping or boisterous laughter; it must always maintain a balance and a nobility such that at most it can provoke a subtle emotion or a hint of a smile... an example of this aesthetic form of music is the Allegretto of Beethoven's Seventh Symphony... it's composed melancholy, an inevitable tear falls, but that single tear is worth far more than all the torrents of tears that I can no longer tolerate...

Flag Andrea Parodi e Marino De Rosas - PANDELA

If you belong
To this flag
That is a child and resembles
These peoples
Who come from fiery places

Who is, who are these people
Dark faces waiting for us outside
Crying alone

A dance, a sound, and a language
That we will speak
And sing again
For the flag
Children's eyes
That we will help grow
In a new world
A dance
A sound
A language

To paint
This world
Again
Singing jela jela la la
Laughing jela jela la la
If you
Really care
Spread it, take care of it
Let it wave in the wind

You are flag, flag, flag

If you don't understand it
Your heart tells you, questions you
You hide your face and run away, but from what?

A dance, a sound, and a language
That we will speak
And sing again
For the flag
Children's eyes
That we will help
To grow
In a new world

Singing jela jela la la
Laughing jela jela la la

You are flag, flag, flag
