I had an epiphany: Cain Enabler = Cain ain't Abel

So the meaning of the piece is "I cain, you abel, I fuck the woman you brought home to smoke opium."

Also, "Cain Enabler" as "Enabler of Cain" could be a nickname for Opium.

It was seriously complex, I'm proud of myself.
