John Foxx Plaza

WEEKS OF METAMATICS..... Are you going down to the Plaza? No, because there are a lot of guys with strange names, I think Depeshmod, Gherinuman, Giappén, Simpolmainz, Visaj, and Orchestralmaevrrindedarc, and many others, who are taking notes...

Shaun Martin - Yellow Jacket (7 Summers)

And with this piece here, I settle into bed with a smile.

The Gil Evans Orchestra, "La Nevada" (opening)

Jazz Legends (49) Gil Evans
from "Out Of The Cool" - 1961 (Impulse!)

Talk Talk - The Rainbow / Eden / Desire Slow, enveloping pulses and post-rock reminiscence

Thelonious Monk - Pannonica
Pannonica, Nica, who had a name like a butterfly and a surname like a queen - Rothschild - and who laid her entire life on the table for Thelonious.
He, in return, gifted her "Pannonica."
And, in the end, it was she who gained the most.

Tom Waits - Cold Water One of my favorite songs from this fantastic album.

The Velvet Underground; She Comes in Colours (B Side)
1970. The Velvet Underground, but the Australian ones (!!!), grappling with a track by Arthur Lee. On side A, there was "Somebody to Love." The leader is Malcolm Young, later the rhythm guitarist of AC/DC. It's the only recording of the Velvet Underground.

Basement 5 - Last White Christmas.mp3 #niggadoitbetter
Beniamini of John Peel, among other things.

Fabrizio De AndrƩ - La Ballata del MichƩ
Another great singer-songwriter that I love and will always love.

JOHN FOXX A5. Pater Noster 1981

METAMATHEMATICS WEEK: Does Foxx pray... or blaspheme?
