Bruce Springsteen - My Hometown (Springsteen on Broadway - Official Audio)

Out today is Springsteen on Broadway, 35 songs preceded by long and intimate introductions. The E Street Band is absent, but he doesn’t disappoint. Simply perfect.

Modern Talking - Cheri Cheri Lady (Official Music Video) yuppies-style videos are even more annoying than the music.

Jefre Cantu-Ledesma - A Song Of Summer [Official Audio]
I feel this music as a continuation of the sound of bands like My Bloody Valentine, now with the engines turned off. What I perhaps wanted to hear from their disappointing last work (disappointing because it was inevitably driven by old ideas, with the rhythm section dominating everything). Anyway, I think this music follows that path, digging deeper into those intuitions while adding contemporary elements, great music for palates not necessarily accustomed to extreme tastes. The transformation of popular music. And we are a few years behind!

#TheNew °°°° Jacco Gardner - Langrangian Point [Official Audio]
An instrumental album that draws on late Kraut & Eno sounds, avant B-movie vibes from the 70s, Virgin Suicide by Air, and a touch of romantic electro prog. I believe it will go unnoticed; not a masterpiece, but overall it manages to create a musical bubble that is quite enjoyable for autumn listening.

Both the spartan acoustic version and the baroque one are beautiful; a shout-out to Jane Scarpantoni, the cellist who has worked with the likes of Springsteen, Lou Reed, Bob Mould, R.E.M., Patti Smith, and many other illustrious names.
