Bob Dylan - Ballad of a Thin Man (Audio)

Tax-deductible charity organizations,
with great lawyers you have discussed,
you have many contacts among the lumberjacks.
Give me some milk or else go home.
Because something is happening here but you don't know what it is.
Do you, Mr. Ghost of Electricity?

Lucio Dalla - Quale allegria
I remember that years ago, on this site, I promised to create a ranking of "my" top 10 Dalla albums (as I did for Fossati, Pino Daniele, and Venditti) in order from least to most beautiful. A promise I never kept, because I tried and tried again, but I could never manage to establish a precise order, neither objectively nor subjectively. It's one of those rare cases where I truly struggled, because the trio with Roberto Roversi and the singer-songwriter trio '77 - '80 all deserve to be in a shared first position, or at least interchangeable depending on my mood.
However, there’s one thing I’ve never doubted: this has always been my absolute favorite. An absolute masterpiece, a disarming beauty. And thank goodness that just a year earlier he was considered incapable of writing lyrics... take that...

Raue - Escape (Official Video) …every now and then there's some new rock that captivates me: miracle!

I Come With Mud
The psychic of the role.

I've thought long and hard about which song to choose. Because today is a day of joy. In the end, I've chosen this one.
Bruce Springsteen - Dancing In the Dark (from Born In The U.S.A. Live: London 2013)
Why? Well, it's simple. Because it's from New Jersey, which I've always said is the Brianza of New York. Because he's someone who, in my opinion, has worked as a mechanic, maybe Toyota. Because he plays the guitar like it's a hoe. Because it's a song made up of two notes that say a lot. Because it has less than an octave. In short, a series of wonderful things. Among the various versions - maybe you know - I adore the one from Minnesota. Instead, I’m putting this one. Especially for the elliptical paraboloid that can be seen and that clearly didn’t suffer from the Great Snowfall of '85 in London. Anyway, just a bunch of useless words. The only thing is that I’m happy. I think back to something, big and distant, that someone called joyful anarchy, and I’m glad it wasn’t false.
Nothing special, I’m just dancing, dancing in the dark.
If you feel like it, do it with me.
