Got to Give It Up

Friends and fellow Garage lovers, psychedelic, psyco(labile), angry and disdainful, devoted to self-pleasure and any other commendable vice that can satisfy our Noble primal instincts... let’s gather around this NeGro and do ourselves some good…

His most talented and enduring creation will play everything at full throttle and nobly, savansadir.

Let’s pick it up… we were talking about Michelino and the covers, madooooooo.
Let’s go back because after the first album our splendid NeGro releases a soul funk cover album of "decent" quality Ahahahahahahah. Because sure, there's garage, rock'n'roll, punk, lo-fi, noise... but deep down in that NeGRo boy from Detroit (soocccia raga, Detroit, not modenapark) there’s an unmatched Black Soul…

Shirley Collins & The Albion Country Band • Murder of Maria Marten (1971) UK I conclude with this masterpiece of traditional British folk, featuring the song that most certifies the embrace of electric arrangements even from Shirley Collins (even Pentangle had finally "surrendered" to a memorable electric guitar section in the very traditional "Cruel Sister" the year before). It's made of dark news + a nice ghost appearing in a dream, which you can't leave out, they're English.

Marlene Kuntz - La Fuga (official music video) I'm not going to throw Godano off the tower, and neither the MKs!

I Tried To Leave You (Live 1979) let's consider that we are in the 70s/80s, a time when the masterpieces of the beloved Leonard Cohen were released.

Shirley Collins and the Albion Band - The White Hare Here with the Watersons (Lal and Mike) and Royston Wood. Oh, thank goodness the long list of musicians from the ACB (only for this album with such a vast and open lineup) is mercifully listed on the album cover.

Sparklehorse - Saint Mary

From the wild and rowdy antics of the superventose to the emotional and hypersensitive moments of Markino ... everything is wonderful, savansadir.

Monkey

Delirant StrapeZZone, honestly I don't know if it's a cover, I have my doubts, the ciddi says nothing... qvesta also pleases @[SilasLang]

Greenback Blues

Monsieur Jeffrey Evans, bandleader of noble henchmen, brings you raw, dirty, and gritty roots-rock-country-blues… just the way it should be, savansadir.

Shirley Collins And The Albion Country Band – Banks Of The Bann One of the most beautiful songs from a stunning album. Here with Shirley, alongside the cornerstone of it all, her partner Ashley Hutchings leading the Albion Country Band, are Nicol, Richard Thompson on the twelve-string, his friend and loyal companion John Kirkpatrick on accordion, and of course, sister Dolly on piano, providing a splendid accompaniment in Madame Collins' album where, even with her, British musical tradition embraces the electric/electro-acoustic arrangement.
