Party Ben Boulevard Of Broken Songs Mix (Green Day/Oasis/Travis/Aerosmith/Eminem)

The cover reminds me of the posters for those clichéd Christmas movies that lack any real substance... now they’re making those clichés in musical format. HOW NICE.

Only the cover is a torment. Adding to the pain is the brilliant review intervention.

Dream Theater Octavarium

I have to say that ever since this album came out, I feel profoundly changed. A bit like Thom Yorke's Eraser, but more so with this one. Now I hold the toothbrush with my left hand, something that strangely didn't happen before the release of Octavarium. I didn't like mortadella before: now, with the release of Octavarium, I do. In my opinion, it's an epochal album. A second '68. And TEN REVIEWS TO TRY TO DESCRIBE THIS IMMENSE CHANGE ARE STILL FEW, DAMN IT!

There's no denying it, this eraser from New Yorke is changing the world of music. It has changed me too; this morning I woke up 13 minutes earlier than my daily average. I feel profoundly different.

Another beautiful page signed with your name that guarantees quality. You are certainly in a state of grace, and your analyses are always thoughtful and never trivial. I agree with everything you say; I must say that you are becoming a living encyclopedia for me. Thank you, Odradek.

A record I haven't listened to since the days when I boasted about farts in company. But now that I think about it, I haven't changed much. I have fond memories; I remember it as a record with a sound that was never trivial and refined. Maybe a bit chilly.
