In fact, Radio City is really all over the place... then that disastrous choice to open with the 6 minutes of Oh My Soul, which have no sense or structure, with all those incomprehensible funky breaks... thankfully there’s September Girls, simple, straightforward, and above all sober: that's where Chilton truly shines at his best... just like in 13, of course... unfortunately, inspiration didn't always accompany him in his short and unfortunate career...

As they say: well begun is half done... :-) In fact, given the premises ("She is beyond good and evil"), the very brief experience of the Pop Group could only be extraordinary... it’s one of the "songs" that shaped the new wave, especially on its funkier side (where funk, contrary to tradition, was used for political rather than recreational purposes)...
