Great album! Everyone plays however the hell they want... with the tunings they choose... Ranaldo and Moore have been (and are) two of the most brilliant and original guitarists ever... even though they aren't hyper-technical...

I preface that the pumpkins are one of my favorite bands and that this review is terrible...unfortunately, the album is a disappointment for fans of Corgan and company. There are some nice moments, but the musical ideas do not hold up when compared to the masterpieces of the past (Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie)...they are still very good live, though, despite the change in the original lineup...

an absolute record...those who criticize Nirvana and Kurt Cobain do so because they haven't understood their genius combined with simplicity...this is a rock/pop album, millions of bands have tried to create rock with such winning and perfect melodies and no one has managed to match this masterpiece...those who say "never mind" are clueless and don't understand a damn thing...tastes are tastes, but ignorance is another thing...
