J.K. Rowling Harry Potter e il Principe Mezzosangue

I forgot: I think HP is as bad as The Lord of the Rings, I don't like fantasy literature, there's nothing I can do about it. That being said, they are two works that cannot be compared. Or maybe they can, I've only read the first HP.

Yes, but is HP for children??? I know more adults than kids who have read it... Not to mention that even in Italy it was released in English before Italian... Reading for children, my ass. Or rather, maybe it was initially meant to engage only the little ones, but by the last volume it seems clear that a ton of people over thirty have read HP. "Tolkien wrote for inspiration, Rowling for money" – I don’t see what the problem is if the product is well made.

@kemosabe: in my opinion, an album from the Jesu project that requires more listens to be "assimilated and understood" is a contradiction in terms: the music of the good Justin, since he has been working on this project, has always had a hallmark of reaching directly to the soul without first passing through the brain (what a shitty phrase). This album is not capable of doing that; I doubt that after several listens it will stop boring you and begin to move you (assuming that boredom is also an emotion). I close the comment as above to dispel any possible misunderstanding: "That said, long live Justin! Always and forever..."

I forgot: Broadrick is capable of using the most banal and imaginable images as covers, and incredibly, he manages to achieve the best covers of the year at the same time. Always and anyway! The review is cute, for goodness' sake, but this is the worst Broadrick album. Let's be clear: I love the Jesu project, but since Conqueror and Sunrise Sundown (projects that aren't even too separate if you think about the fact that they are sold together in Japan), the good former Napalm Death seems to have lost that creative streak that characterized his entire journey. Maybe he feels like he’s arrived, and the formula he has achieved pleases him so much that he wants to throw it at us until we're nauseated. If I want to listen to something by Jesu, I go for "Silver," "Conqueror," "Jesu," or "Heart Ache." This album, along with the various mini and split releases under the Jesu name, all feel like disposable records to me. That said, long live Justin! Always and forever...

I was torn between Shakira's concert and a little show by Selen, then I logged onto youporn and stayed at home; with the money saved, I bought 80 boxes of klinex.

But why does a noose bother those who listen to 40 albums a year??? "Someone who says they listen to 40 albums a year doesn’t actually listen to them; they hear them and certainly don’t fall in love with them." Noose, you might be right, but why do you care, forgive me?

"For now, it's the post-rock album of the year, and it amazes me that people who have given high ratings to rubbish like the Jakob can't appreciate them. 'Yesyes, you even dream of me at night... I hope for the absence of the 'hard wake-up'."

"You're joking, but there are people around here who really talk like that." Joking?
