stop shoving pop into genres otherwise I’ll just skip the reviews entirely. nice review, I’ll listen tomorrow or maybe never (you’re the one who insists on shoving pop at me...) but nice review.

Well, I didn't like it that much. 99% of the people who talked to me about it said, "It's beautiful, but it's too much like Drive." I'd like to know how anyone who has seen both this and Drive can say, not that they are similar as films, but that they even tackle similar themes. But whatever. Even you who say it's an "action"—forgive me, but where? It's a damn dramatic film, Hollywood style, done a thousand times better than what we've been used to seeing in the last 15 years. Personally, I preferred the B.V. you mentioned by the same director, but that's another story. It's a film quite enjoyable, but from the moment the two kids meet in the cafeteria (the apotheosis of coincidences is this movie), it all becomes a bit too melodramatic and kitschy.

Finally seen. Fun, likeable, and completely useless. A film by Tony Scott directed by Stone. The double ending is terrible, but 2 hours pass quite quickly all in all.

He had the misfortune of being born in the midst of Lebowski and Ed Crane, and the comparison to these two inevitably diminishes him. If it had come out at another time, it would have been hailed as a masterpiece. If it had been made by another director, we would have been talking about a "brilliant new filmmaker." It's a hell of a comedy, a bit underwhelming compared to what the brothers were doing in those years. Personally, I still find it better than a lot of stuff made after and some things made before. Beautiful piece.

With funky tracks, but not with this record. There's a lot of funky, it's true, but it's all "slow." At 6 in the morning on the beach, after a rave, you might not feel like dancing. But you might want to watch the sunrise with this record playing in the background. Changing the subject, there's a line of thought that I don't fully subscribe to, which claims that if you make an album with more than one guest, it means you're running out of ideas. P.S.: this which record can I find it on? In case it's a "fake" (likely), does anyone know whose it is? Thanks.

Heard it a couple of times. I'm not quite sure how so many people claim it doesn’t sound like a Daft Punk record: just 20 seconds of any random track is enough to make you say, “Hey! Did the latest Daft Punk album come out?”. For the rest, except for "Human" (which really doesn’t sound much like Daft Punk), they’ve never particularly thrilled me, and this album is no exception. It’s true what they say: it’s an album that makes you dance little, and I guess you could indeed call it a bit of a disappointment if you’re a fan looking to move your ass to the beat. One thing, though, I have to give them credit for: at 2 AM, on a semi-deserted provincial road, with the windshield speckled with water droplets and the city lights providing a backdrop, this album finds a dimension that’s bordering on perfection. All in all, that's no small thing.

"With this album, the Beatles have simply elevated music to an art form." This sentence means that before the Beatles, music was just some trivial stuff... there are like 460 years of history screaming at you: "The Beatles, no offense, let’s be clear, but why don’t you see yourself being taken up the ass?"

Damn! You reviewed an album I'm interested in, the rain has stopped outside. That said, I heard two tracks, one is super cool (the remix of something I don't know) the other sounded way too Daft Punk and not enough Human After All (from what I read in the review I can forget about Human After All, which makes me quite sad). As soon as I have time I'll try to catch up on the whole thing.

Just to clarify: I couldn't care less about someone here publishing books, I mean, yes, I was surprised, but who gives a damn, good for her if she manages to live off it, good for her if she spends money to publish and has money to throw away. What really pissed me off is her page where she complains about those who condemn the 'ndrangheta... more than being angry, it disgusts and repulses me, but oh well.

"Ian Curtis is back" but please... I remember a pleasant album, worth 4 listens and then forgotten. However, the "back" of the cover is a really nice "back": if they had written "Roberta" at the top, no one would have had anything to complain about.
