Ernst Lubitsch Vogliamo vivere

Yes, but dubbed it's unwatchable... for the Milanese: at the Mexico this summer they should show it again in the subtitled version.
Pier Paolo Pasolini Mamma Roma
Voto:
one of the few things by Pasolini that I can digest on the fly, perhaps the only one.

I heard a piece: God Is Dead; it shattered my balls. Plus, Ozzy is more baked than ever and the lineup is so original that there's an ex-RATM in it... What’s the point of it all? I don’t vote, let’s just say I’m simply not interested. Oh my, I’m more than happy to stir a little controversy for free.
Andrew Niccol In Time

the basic idea is awesome, the execution is disgraceful.

I don't have anything to smoke, I've been sitting at my computer all afternoon and after losing all hope, I open this page. A magical experience. Reading it while listening to Koolaid gave me a sense of peace that amidst the psych blasts in my ears was hard to find. By the end of the page, I was genuinely moved. Perhaps the best review of the last 5 years, and I was about to let it slip away!
Alex De La Iglesia Ballata dell'odio e dell'amore
Voto:
I didn't like it at all. And no, Jodorowsky plays a totally different sport compared to Iglesia (let's not kid ourselves). However, I do remember that "La comunidad" really appealed to me. The silhouette of the trapeze artist taking it from behind, sticking her tongue out, is haunting my nights; I have to admit that. And she dies in a remarkable way too; just the memory of that sharp "Crock" makes my gums tremble.
Cannibal Movie Avorio
Voto:
Two more works have been released, the first is an outtake from this (Avorio Tour), pretty cool, but this one is better. Last year, a mini titled Mondo Music came out, it includes 2 tracks (which were created more or less during the Avorio Tour) and it's the best thing they've done in my opinion. The old cover of Avorio, the one from the cassette, was fantastic and I'm giving it to you: Ingrandisci questa immagine PS: saying three balls is definitely unfair; these guys are amazing, compositional limits aside. They should make your brain spin, not entertain you with a circus of useless evolutions. PS: on Bandcamp, you'll find everything: Avorio Tour | Cannibal Movie

in heavy psich it's the sound I prefer along with that of mammoths. the previous two were superior, right, but this is still an album that surpasses so much, but so much, but so much, but so much of that stuff in the stoner doom scene that the first time I played it about a month ago, I saw the Madonna and Saint Thomas in the desert making a three-layered artichoke leaning against an ice totem. On July 20th, they are free in Pavia at Rock Valley and I won't be there, damn it.
Cathedral The Last Spire
Voto:
As far as I'm concerned, the best album by Cathedral since 1994.
