Now you can call me a miserable person with full knowledge of the facts.
Alberto Bagnai Il tramonto dell'euro

Bagnai writes about the issue, and this is a good thing because it's better to be against something than to have a sanitized tongue. One thing I don’t understand: within the "people of the street," there’s only one person actually interested in the economy every once in a blue moon. This leads to the fact that there’s only one person who really understands anything about economics every hundred years. Perhaps the only ones who understand something are bankers, journalists, and economists. How is it that everyone (EVERYONE) has an opinion about whether we should exit the euro or not? Someone might tell me: read this book, and you’ll understand that we should leave. Okay, let’s consider that neither you nor I (forgive my lack of trust) understand a damn thing about economics. If we had read a book that supports opposite theses, we would still think it’s the gospel. Why? Because we simply don’t know or understand a damn thing. One thing I’ve read more than once said by Bagnai: in Europe, the monetary union was first created to lead to a political one, which is utterly nonsensical. "Creating money to create the State is like carving a scepter to establish a monarchy."
Then, just to highlight how little I understand about economics: fine, there’s a crisis, fine, with the euro we won’t exit the crisis, fine, euro no thanks… but excuse me, didn’t the crisis start in the United States? under the dollar? Didn’t the crisis work on too much debt = crisis? And what does the currency being used have to do with debt? No, come on, I really don’t understand a damn thing. Especially when Bagnai talks; as far as I'm concerned, the only Italian journalist worthy of the name when it comes to economics is the one from TG La7 who seems to explain things to kindergarten kids. Because he is evidently an honest person and knows that if you want to explain certain things, you have to "Explain them."

It's not to be a know-it-all, but look, even in nature (or at least according to physical laws we consider absolute truths), "nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, but everything is transformed"... I apologize for that, the comment above was a response to imasoulman...
Regarding the review: I join the enthusiastic ones.

beautiful review, I’ve never listened to them. With a bit of time, I will catch up. Given the topic: can someone please talk to me about this
one thing that no one ever mentions, and it might be nonsense but it feels true to me: without shoegaze, the wave of zeroes post-rock would have never existed: I find the sound of mogwai, gybe, explosions in the sky, and all the others definitely closer to that of mbv than to that of tortoise. then I repeat: it could very well be nonsense, but that's what my ears tell me.

"You complain about the lack of democracy on the site; now please do me the courtesy of pointing out where I have COMPLAINED about it. You waste a ton of words to say nothing, and the only thing that might make sense is also wrong... As for the anger, do yourself a favor: wait a few days and then read what you've written again."
