shamelessly commercial of course (but that's implied, unfortunately)

Interpol Turn on the Bright Lights

An excellent debut, although personally I prefer "Antics."
Interpol Our Love To Admire
Voto:
A good job, which, however, alternates with great songs ("Pioneer to the falls," "The scale," "Lighthouse," "No I in threesome") and others that are weaker ("All fired up," "Rest my chemistry," which I don't like, but tastes are tastes...)
Interpol Antics
Voto:
Great review, excellent album (it's my favorite by Interpol, but I also really like the other two). The best ones, in my opinion, are "Take you on a cruise," "Not even jail," and especially "Public pervert."
Ben Harper Diamonds On The Inside

A discreet record that, however, bores me over time.
Hooverphonic The Magnificent Tree

Not bad this group. I have the album and I found it quite good (3 and a half stars) overall, and the highlights are undoubtedly the two singles and "Waves" (which I agree with regarding the initial resemblance to "Plainsong").

It's not my genre, but I had the chance to listen to them; they're really good.
Good Charlotte The Chronicles Of Life And Death

...and they still pass them off as great singers... well, it's something I can't tolerate the fact that groups like them are so "hyped" and broadcasted, while others like Radiohead, etc. have such little exposure that many people don't even know them.
