However, Velvet Underground nineteen places after AC/DC can't be seen. De gustibus(h)!?

Degustibus is fine! But Beatles and Rolling Stones?

The first four are enough to fully agree with you, and I mean fully, you know? I mean, the twelfth could be in seventh place and the sixth in ninth, and my grandmother could have wheels too, but read like this in one breath, I tell you that I share your view.

If he had included Queen and Rainbow, he should have also included Britney Spears and Jacko! He did the right thing like this!

Thank you, Holdsworth. I don't like Queen; they feel too commercial to me. Rainbow, honestly, disgust me. Guys, take a look at the Tragopano charts; they give me chills.

Albums like Queen1, Queen2, Sheer Heart Attack, A Night At The Opera, Innuendo, Ritchie's Rainbow, Rising, and Long Live Rock'n'roll are pop?!! bhuahuahuahuahuahua... holdsworth you're hilarious!!! :D @imarco88 well, it's a matter of taste, but anyway the first albums of Queen are anything but commercial, and neither are the Rainbow albums with Dio bad, you know! ;)

@stonecoldcrazy Queen are non-negotiable, but then again, stay calm... if I had to choose between a Queen album and one (for example Aerosmith), I’d say Queen for life! I respect Rainbow, but they’re not the best for me. The only genre I truly despise is grunge.

Anyway, the ranking is reversible... just like all of you! :-D

@teenagelobotomy: -.- I'm just someone who listens to what they like

@Tragopano in my opinion, someone who makes a ranking of the best "Artist of all time" must go beyond their personal tastes and try to be objective. For example, AC/DC is my favorite band, but I don't feel like putting them in first place; however, they certainly aren't like you, who has the courage to place them in the "Worst Artists of All Time." Anyway, de gustibus.

Zappa much higher up, lower down the AC/DC, same for the Beatles.

@imarco88: exactly, de gustibus. And if an artist disgusts me, there’s no way I’m putting them in MY ranking of the greatest artists of all time.

Well, personal tastes are not up for debate, but I personally can't see the Floyd (great as they are) ahead of Davis and Coltrane, and I also can't see Ac/Dc and Slayer. As for the rest, it's excellent (positioning aside, which depends on tastes).
