Samuele Bersani - Lo Scrutatore Non Votante (Official Video)

"The non-voting scrutineer is indifferent to politics, he is quite keen to say, 'Oh dear!' but then doesn't get out of the car. He’s like a practicing atheist, sitting in church on Sunday, deliberately positioning himself slightly apart to dissent from the sermon.
He’s connected the printer but never sends a letter, he bought a paper shredder to get rid of the truth..."

Eggman "I'll Watch Your Back"
VOICE OF BOO RADLEY FOR AN LP THAT SMELLS OF BRIT/FOLK/POP AND BEATLES

Swervedriver - Electric 77 (audio)
99th Dream, often snubbed by many, I find to be valuable with its exploration of new musical paths, psychedelia, and refined melodies.

original sins - the party's over now

The Original Sins - Do It

In a remarkable time of "welcome back screw-ups" - I admit I wasn't feeling it anymore - I listened to and (re)discovered garage bands full of soul and heart, with, as per the usual, a variety of influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock and roll from true beasts to the wild scream of "screw your virtuosic and super fast bullshit scales and your fucking four-octave vocal range." Since 1990, with some revivals of old relics, savansadir.

I had never heard of them. Two albums are not bad at all, actually. The rest will need to be explored.

At the end of September, Faust'O was spotted in some valley in Bergamo... Ingrandisci questa immagine alongside the famous drummer Marco Torri. Thankfully, he cut his hair. Non mi pettino mai

Negrita - Transalcolico
Years ago, the soundtrack of my existence: it represented me perfectly.

Povia - Luca era gay (official video)

"Luca was gay and now he’s with her
Luca speaks with his heart in hand
Luca says "I'm another man"
I didn't go to psychologists, psychiatrists
Priests or scientists
I went back to my past
I dug deep and understood many things about myself..."

Paolo Pietrangeli - Mi Porti Due Gassose

Yesterday, Guzzanti unlocked a memory...

Dead Or Alive - You Spin Me Round (Like A Record) (Moreno J Remix)

Totally shaken by the Roar of the Rabbit, let’s dance!

The Beatpack Part Two

THE BEATPACK - Not tonight

In a remarkable period of "welcome back, wankers" - I admit I wasn't into it anymore - I listened to, (re)discovered garage bands with soul and blood, with, as a rule, the most diverse influences from beat to punk, from psychedelia to R&B - from power pop to folk, from rockabilly to mod, even soul and even hard rock. In short, the essence of rock 'n' roll from true beasts to the wild scream of “screw your virtuosic, lightning-fast shit and your four-octave vocal range of crap.” From 1990 onwards, with some comebacks from old fossils, savansadir.

At the turn of the nineties, first an EP then an Album. While the pathetic critics tried to shift the paths of garage - ahahahahah, ridiculous useless parasites - the guys threw at you the most garage-R’n’B-beat sixties anyone could expect. Twelve little candies and many years later, a compilation with other tasty goodies.
And PART TWO is a wonderful beat-ballad…
HERE, after Lando and Il Tromba, I BET “IL CAMIONISTA”… even if I can't find my favorite…

Porcupine Tree - Even Less (Stupid Dream - 1999) I keep thinking that the peak of Porcupine Tree is the triplet Stupid Dream/Lightbulb Sun/In Absentia, solemnly opened by this piece.

Serge Gainsbourg - Relax Baby Be Cool
and then one of my favorite pop groups, between genius and dementia, are often the same thing
Stereo Total - Relax Baby Be Cool

La Roux X Chromeo - Discoproof (Animation) the Francophone dance tradition doesn’t disappoint (danceable disco recommended by Purple Disco Machine)

Isaac Hayes - Moonlight Lovin' (Ménage à Trois) (1977) ... not to mention I saw her kissing him kissing her kissing me...!
