Today, incredible luck. I was walking during my lunch break with a nice dietetic and refreshing ice cream cone when I stumbled upon a bin outside the bookstore in the center of my city. The sign reads 1cd: 1 euro. I'll take a look: I'm a bit of a fetishist for these things and I always expect great surprises from the shabby CDs carelessly thrown in the bin…: Sanremo 1993, gone.. Celtic songs, gone.., Boyzone, gone.. Blue, ugh never anything useful... Huh? Soundgarden Ultramega ok 1 euro? I turn around cautiously, no one is watching me, the CD is mine.. Badmotorfinger too 1 euro: I have it, too bad.. Luciano Tajoli: pass.. Aztec music: pass no thanks.. huh? John Spencer Blues Explosion?? Acme (it's mine; I already have it but I'll grab it!) John Spencer Blues Explosion: Orange (1 euro? I'll take that too!).. Now I got worry 1 euro? it's mine! Satisfied, I look at my haul and check the time: almost two o'clock, I have to rush to the office, I have an appointment.. Well, just a moment more.. Ustmamò??? I'll take that one too; but I really should go now! Take a last look at the last column, there won’t be anything else and who do I find? Nebula? Two EPs from Meteorcity? Here? In a bin that, if I had searched for them on physical media 20 years ago, I would have struggled to find them?? Snagged that too! To the center edition from 1999? Nah, are you kidding me? And still Nebula: Apollo from 2006?.. Great haul today: I feel like I’ve stolen something from someone. I walk lightly towards my scooter. I zoom to the office; the appointment will go well, I'm sure of it. I'm running late, but with 7 new CDs and 7 euros less in my pocket. What a treat. 10 Great Jewish Musicians. 3) Burt Bacharach Burt Bacharach ~ Casino Royale
"But they're all Jews here! Jews and/or fags!" (Mirko Tremaglia)
A series of listens dedicated to our little friend @[Mark76]

Genius. Pure, crystal-clear genius.
Also great in failures (disastrous or nothing), like when he decided to score the remake of a classic by Frank Capra, "Lost Horizon," turning it into a sort of musical.
A flop.
But a real flop.
He and Hal David had a huge fight. Really a bad fight, and they ended their partnership.
What a shame to break up such a duo!
He also argued with Dionne.
But he and Dionne found their way back together.
What a shame it would have been to split up such a duo!

From Four Till Late [Remastered] ROBERT JOHNSON (1937) Delta Blues Guitar Legend
Recorded on June 19, 1937; this is perhaps one of my favorites from the legend of Delta Blues, since I discovered the version by Cream.

Guns N' Roses- Paradise City (Official Video)

It's easy to renounce these "tamarri" today, but what a whirlwind the song and album stirred among fifteen and twenty-year-olds back then.

Sweet Home Chicago [Remastered] ROBERT JOHNSON (1936) Delta Blues Guitar Legend
But who is this king of the Delta Blues?
There are only 2 photos, he doesn't have his own grave, and he is a blues legend. I am drawn to his guitar playing, fantastic!
