G.A.M. : “Eiszeit”
Talking with the refined sound expert @[Battlegods], we unearthed Gunter Schickert, and I, as an exhibitionist, brought back the G A M from "Eiszeit," Schickert's previous band from the underground Kraut world, and I call on @Hellraiser.

The March Violets + Turn To The Sky The band with the most captivating singer of the dark/gothic genre? It must be said that their punk singles don’t have the magic of the big names in the genre, but this one, more winking from a musical perspective, is another evergreen from the 80s.

Gebiet

The more he grays, the better he gets.
Frahm, there.
Ah!

Günter Schickert ‎-- Samtvogel 1975 (Full LP)
one of the most adventurous and underground works of the late kraut rock scene (1975), guitar and studio as an extension of its strings for abstract landscapes "Space Wave". Among the works that deserve much more visibility but "we" are a bit selfish and jealous of our music, in the end, it's fine like this.

YMO - Loom
I don't like Yellow Magic Orchestra, I don't like the sounds of their tracks, maybe because they are children of a decade that, although it produced undeniable milestones, I don't feel resonates with me. I don't think I have an aversion to the '80s for age reasons; I wasn't even born in the '70s and '60s, but the classic sound aesthetic of the '80s, with all those synths and drum machines, just doesn't sit well with me.
Anyway, to get back to YMO, one track still pleases me, among the few I remember, probably because it's stripped of typical sounds, we're almost in Ambient territory, with sonorities much closer to my sensibility.

Cryptic Winterstorms Just look at the De Marga! :)

The Beacon Street Union - Mystic Mourning
1968 - From Boston, the debut "The Eye Of Beacon St. Union".
I remember a lengthy and acid reinterpretation of "Baby Please Don't Go".

Dr. Strangely Strange - sign of My Mind
1970 - From Ireland "Heavy Petting," carefree (sometimes a bit too much) acid folk, electric guitars and country touches. I believe it's the band's second album, followed years later by a third one that I can't quite recall. Overall, it's a good work, but the episodes, as already mentioned, are slightly too light-hearted for my tastes, lowering its position on my personal scale of appreciation.

Food-Forever Is A Dream
A dark pearl from Chicago in 1969. Inextricably linked to the end of the '60s party. Anglo-Saxon psychedelic pop, white soul, keyboards and winds open curtains and "Baroque" sounds. Highly recommended, needless to say. @[luludia]
