The Dogs D'Amour - A Graveyard Of Empty Bottles (Full Album)
This came to my mind while talking to Mojoman. A gorgeous girl gave me the cassette. I often associate an album or an artist with images from the past, scents, or shades. Doesn't it happen to you too?

Quando tocca a te - Ligabue when Ligabue was still listenable!

Duff McKagan - Believe In Me [Disco] solo album where we find various collaborations with other guns and a lot of other nice people! I've always given it a 7...nothing exceptional! But it has some nice tracks! Recorded on four tracks during the Use Your Illusion tour!

Tubular Bells (The Original Remastered)
Today I’m in a mood. Being under house arrest gives you the time to open boxes, and here’s a "legend" from the past. Tubular bells: still enjoyable moments but also a whole lot of filler.

Plateau- Meat Puppets
If you think I want to be polemical, the answer is YES. Plateau: the original is on a whole different level. Beyond its undeniable historical significance, haven't we perhaps overrated Nirvana?

Litfiba Tornate Insieme - Elio e Le Storie Tese years ago I had the pleasure of working with Elio (a very humble and down-to-earth person) and while we were having dinner before the live show (with the neon lights choir) after a nice dose of cannonau, I said to him: Elio, did you see that Litfiba are back together? And he replied: yes, I heard! I said: but do you know it’s also your fault? He responded: yes, I know... I messed up!

Radio EelST: Elio e Faso raccontano "Supergiovane" No, well, the tripod that allows you to keep the wheelie even while parking, I’m dead.

Warpig - Warpig (Canada/1970) [Heavy Rock) great band! Excellent tip from hellraiser! I find them a mix between the early Deep Purple and Jeff Beck... Nice stuff. Thank you!

Trump Zeneise

It reminded me of the brave @[Almotasim]

New Pornographers - From Blown Speakers
I like to hang out in Scout stores: they play a lot of indie stuff. Then a nice salesgirl comes over who could be my daughter, I smile, and rush out like I'm being chased by the Turks.

The Police - Born In The 50s say what you want, for me the best Police are the ones from the first two albums!

Outsider music: classics of American classical music (41) - Alan Hovhaness - Symphony No. 66 "Glacier Peak" (1992) Alan Hovhaness - Symphony No. 66, Hymn to Glacier Peak, Op. 428 [Rockwell Kent] Another peculiar composer who has gained significant public success over time, the Armenian-American Hovhaness boasts one of the largest catalogs of the 20th century, having written 67 (!!!) symphonies. His style is primarily tonal, bucolic, and flowing, with many references to Armenian folklore. It must be said that it can be a bit dull and repetitive, but the most successful compositions turn out to be extraordinarily evocative (like this one). In the States, the debate about the true quality of his music continues even today: for many, these are easy compositions for the easily pleased, while for others, he is a genius. Time will tell, etc.

Samantha Fish - "No Angels" good morning! Coffee???

Outsider music: classics of American classical music (42) - Conlon Nancarrow - String Quartet No.3 (1987) Conlon Nancarrow - String Quartet No. 3 Another eccentric composer, famous and appreciated by other great composers (Ligeti was an admirer) for his works, especially those for player piano. He had an adventurous life: he fled to Mexico due to his affiliation with the Communist Party; they would have brought him back in exchange for an official repentance, and he refused, so back to Mexico. Nevertheless, he continued to compose in relative silence, with critics rediscovering him only in the 1980s. A remarkable figure.
