Stevie Wonder - Love's in Need of Love Today (Live) I consider it a waste of ink to comment on similar masterpieces, a landmark of the musical bible "Songs in the Key of Life." What can I say, I use a happy expression from a journalist I don't particularly like from Il Manifesto: "Stevie Wonder knows how to be popular without being fashionable." It belongs on that list of albums (like The River by Bruce Springsteen or So by Peter Gabriel and many others) whose influence is too powerful to be ignored.

Blur - On Your Own Coxon's guitar is total #blur30

Stevie Wonder - A Time To Love
A duet inspired by the Boss with India Arie, very beautiful lyrics that are very relevant considering the situation in the USA.

Placebo - Pure Morning

@[Valentyna]: I remember the first time I saw the video on MTV, roughly around that time. Disturbing experience, ça va sans dire.

Who - Is It In My Head?
You are not complete if you don't love Who and Traffic...the style of Keith Moon, as crazy as it may sound, doesn’t overpower the drums. Or rather, it does, but have you ever noticed the volumes he plays at? It's the beauty of low volumes, where you can crack the snare and the toms without overpowering the others. And then when there’s a whiff of prog, there are always...

Placebo - Beautiful James (Visualiser)
.
Look who's back and listening again. Always a pleasure.

Joe Buck - Planet Seeth (Joe Buck Yourself 2007) opens the tour of Weedeater + Atomic Bitchwax. He seems like a sharp guy.

Blur - Song 2 Clash and Nirvana blended together? #blur30

Traffic - Rainmaker
The alienated voice of Steve sends you into ecstasy. The only band that kept the guitar with the psych beat sound throughout the 70s. The phrases of piano and flute are always quite aphrodisiac... just think of the divine background of the mellotron on Dream gerrard.

Common Spits 8-Minute Freestyle Over Raekwon's "Incarcerated Scarfaces" & Group Home's "Livin Proof" The one about Scarfaces is mind-blowing. It’s definitely a patch of rhymes made over 30 years, but it's insane. I've never seen so many bars quoted under a video, and I don't even like him.

David Bowie - Love Will Tear Us Apart (Joy Division cover) ...even the duke doesn't reach the right darkness. But it's not bad ...

Bill Evans - My Foolish Heart (1964) [Restored]

From 1948 to 1971, every Sunday night Ed Sullivan hosted the greatest and most famous artists on his show, broadcast on CBS. About a decade ago, reissued in 12 DVDs, an Italian newspaper published the best performances. I'm sharing them with you; there are truly wonderful things.

There's someone drowning, we need a lifeguard, but then the inflated bill arrives during High Season.

It's a dirty job, but someone had to do it (quote)
