    Well, it’s true that tastes are subjective, but there are some lists you can certainly argue about, right? Aside from the excessive dominance of certain names and the absence of others, I have to (I’m being devout) point out a song (I could mention more, but I’ll limit myself) that MUST be included in any ranking of Italian music from the last 60 years: Domani è un altro giorno.

      This shouldn't be the ranking of the objectively most beautiful songs in Italian music, but rather those that, according to my taste, are the best. Rose Viola by Ghemon would be amusing to compare to other names, yet I love it to bits. The one you mentioned is a nice piece, but it doesn't resonate with me like others do. Then there are some pieces that I consider both subjectively and objectively beautiful, such as Emozioni, Dormi Amore, Lugano Addio, Vedrai Vedrai, etc.
