Asterix’s pick:
Fennesz - Endless Summer [HQ, Full Album]

WARNING
given the numerous gaps identified by many, I decided to add all the albums mentioned in the comments of these listens.

The Greenhornes - I've been down

This record has been a drug for years…
I would take it anywhere - I’d bet Physical Graffiti, Waiting For The Sun, and In Rock…
Not a single track is wrong, I’m telling you…

Amazing blues

Blue Sky Day
#80x80 and beyond because there haven't been any albums of that kind, which open up a world in front of you, it's the most beautiful thing of that decade, absolutely.

The Gories - I Think I've Had It

Let’s give it a try, I never really finish them anyway… only Childish, maybe.

So here we go. Grab your straws, in this order: the primordial Blues from the Delta, the one of moonshine, of juke joints, the one that could really kill you like Robert Johnson, followed by the most boisterous, raw, and authentic Rock 'n' Roll a la Screamin Jay Hawkins, and then a Soul so Black that Mr Please Please Please nobly bowed down…
Okay, shake it all in your mouth and spit it out (what a noble image!!!) like the worst punk ever would…
Where?! In a Dirty and Most Noble Garage in Detroit—where else?!!

Mick Collins, I’m getting this NeGro hard and repeatedly.

#treperuno one of the most promising realities of 80s Italian rock
if you don't know @[IlConte] give them a listen
I have to be grateful to the person who left me two CDs full of 80s Italian bands, many names I didn't recognize apart from the garage/psych groups, but I like to look them up and send them pieces with many surprises. One thing I've noticed is that there’s a gap on these pages regarding the Italian underground scene of the 80s, almost nothing. I find it strange, perhaps a generational coincidence. It's a shame because many bands deserve to be remembered.
