Punky Reggae Party (1978) - Bob Marley & The Wailers I consider the first live performance to be an integral part of their early phase. Babylon by Bus is their 'anthological' and celebratory live album, even though, of course, it lacks tracks from the two fundamental studio albums that followed. This piece documents the meeting of punk and reggae that the Clash had introduced through their openness to 'other' sounds beyond the overly narrow musical trajectories of raw punk, demonstrating how punk was more of an attitude than a musical genre.

From Benin (1939-1996), he had 43 siblings; teacher, boxer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, lifelong tobacco enthusiast, police officer in Paris, friend of Mathieu Kerekou (president of the People’s Revolutionary Party and later of Benin), Fela Kuti, and King Sunny Ade. Acid Jazz reissues the only LP he made in 1971 (although he made music until the end of his days): an incendiary garage-funk in Yoruba.

Psycada - Hiking Lung (2022)(Full Album) I was looking for a new job Heavy Psych but that in its DNA keeps something even faintly from the 90s #maybe bass/drums #maybe growing in the guitars and #maybe because there's no laziness in the voice?
I try to listen to this that seems like a nice piece of work and maybe one of the #maybes will materialize.
Maybe none, but it remains a beautiful electric piece of work with which to wish you a Wonderful Good Night.
