THANK YOU DON, I'm on the duo's site and I've been listening to a lot of tracks... on your advice/de-rece I'm on BEHAVIOUR, particularly in the background I have MY OCTOBER SYMPHONY, I didn't know it but it's BBBEAUTIFULLL!!! light, like a terrace by the sea with a cocktail in hand, rivaling many lounge tracks... what a piece! thanks again!

I don't know the album well, but BEING BORING is undoubtedly one of their best tracks! Indeed, as someone here has already mentioned, I've always seen the PSB as more of a singles group (and a possible long line of remixes) than an album one, but I would like to fill this gap. Besides BEHAVIOUR, what else do you recommend? :=) Good job, don!

Great review, while not praising them excessively, you give them their due and place them in the right spot in the Olympus of 80s dance. A question: according to all of you, what are the best PSB albums? I'd like to delve deeper ... :)
Audio 2 Senza Riserve
Voto:
... of course he didn't mess things up singing the audio2, tom, there's nothing negative to say about that, I would say, the only song that I really don't like is ROTOLA LA VITA, but other than that, how can we not talk about more than just good tracks? just NEVE alone would be enough to collapse the criticisms against both mina and the audio.
Ornella Vanoni La Voglia, La Pazzia, L'Incoscienza, L'Allegria

down with the pausona, W mina and la vanoni! I discovered this record about ten years ago, and I fell in love with it immediately. One of the few ensemble albums where you realize that the three protagonists are perfectly blended together, the poetry and colors of the Brazilians laid on the canvas by the lightness and depth of vanoni's voice, the tracks flow by touching you, each one, a different chord, all the themes addressed, love above all, never trivial ...唯一的缺点? too short an album, just like in '76! good job spleen!
Erikah Badu Worldwide Underground
Voto:
great album, I agree with ZiOn when he says this is better than the confusing "mama's gun". definitely on the road, dust, buses, roadside diners, American motels! as for Badu, I always prefer Baduism, but WU is really engaging, and Love of my life underground, with Angie Stone and Queen Latifah, is really awesome... :)
Marco Masini Malinconoia

Well done occasional, a perfect non-review, ironic, bitter as a Masini album could be... but I've never gotten close to it!!! (and I won't ever do it ...) :=)
Sting The Soul Cages
Voto:
Good album, the first one I bought from Sting, especially because I loved "bring on the night" (and I've never been into "live" albums) and "nothing like the sun." I've never really loved "all this time," but as you said, it's the classic radio piece to reach the masses; much better are "island of soul" and "the soul cages," stubborn yes, maybe obsessive, but so powerful! Overall a nice effort, perhaps just a bit below the previous "nothing...". Like other reviews, well done!!! The only inaccuracy is the release year, this one is from 1991, while N.L.T.S. was released in 1987;=)
