The fantomas are extreme metal + Patton's attitude + keep in mind that there are Buzz Osbourne (Melvins), Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle), and that Yeti named Dave Lombardo (Slayer). They are extreme not so much for their metal, but precisely because their musical choices are sometimes absurd and extreme (see Delirium Cordia). I recommend Director's Cut and their self-titled first album.

Sure, why not. Besides the great Faith No More, Mr. Bungle are crossover in the most primordial sense of the term. In their music, they sarcastically and irreverently clash a wide range of disparate and jarring genres. They hover on the border between experimentation and cabaret, I would say. Their limit, from my point of view, is that you never know whether to take them seriously (but this is more generally true for many things involving Patton). Anyway, their self-titled album and "Disco Volante" are absolutely a must-listen…

Listened. It deserves a passing grade, but I would say it disappointed me, like many of Patton's recent works, which are divided into too many projects and then you can't scream masterpiece for any of them. Of course, I'm talking about the last 4 or 5 years. @ Sanjuro: please do me a favor, so you don't have your hands busy writing nonsense.

A review that deserves respect, in my opinion, it's one of the best and outlines a certainly shareable opinion, although I don't share it. All these idiots who give negative ratings just because "how can you give a 3 to this album? Come on..." make me feel seasick. What the hell is this debaser, some kind of fansite?

The big bang of rock music. Along with their cousins Velvet Underground and the first of Jimi Hendrix. Beatles, you can suck it, all four of you.

The invective about your comments was to spice up my invective because I like to be a jerk, but with style. Don't worry. If you're the same as Tsukamoto... well... You have some obvious highs and lows! :-)
