I think you rely a bit too much on the hard rock of AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, for an album that actually sounds different and has its own personality. Well, I certainly don't consider it a masterpiece. The highest peak reached by the Beach Boys, with original and refined arrangements. But as you continue listening, you still notice the limits of an overrated album. And what the hell is so cerebral and misunderstood about it???
